[Reading-hall-of-fame] PLEASE VOTE

Everyone should have received an electronic ballot unless you requested 
a mail ballot or we got your email returned for whatever reason.

The dead line date for mailing ballots is January 20th.  Please vote.  
And remember to send your ballots to the IRA email given on the ballot.
If Ken or I have gotten your ballot, we have forward it to the 
appropriate person at IRA who will count the ballots and let us know the 
results.
Ken Goodman will then prepare the final ballot and it will be sent to 
all. When that vote it complete,  Ken will send out another newsletter with
information about our meeting in May and the results of our election.

Following bylaw procedures, Rob Tierney (incoming president of RHF), 
David Pearson (former RHF president) and I selected Alan Farstrup to be 
the next
secretary of the RHF replacing Ken Goodman. .  Alan has agreed to 
serve.  We thank Ken for his years of service as secretary.

James Hoffman will continue the important work of historian of the 
Reading Hall of Fame  which has been done admirably by Ed Fry.
Ed has asked to be replaced.   We thank Ed for his years of dedicated 
service to RHF.

James Hoffman will continue to work on the virtual Hall of Fame that Ken 
has proposed using the material Ed has organized and collected over the 
years.

Richard Hodges has agreed to continue to serve as treasurer.
