[Rdf-internal] peer esteem indicators

Hi all,
To pick up from yesterday's RDF meeting:
The distinction between esteem appointments and rewards/ recognition is that the former has a duration (e.g. appointment as an editor) whereas the latter is a single event (e.g. best paper award).

Please revisit your contributions to the appointments here and add an end date (or ongoing):
