[Rdf-internal] RDF meeting this week: Andy and REF

Hi all,
Andy will join us for the RDF meeting this week. In order to make it easier to see what the outcomes of the review were, I have combined Andy's outcomes spreadsheet with the paper titles, so you can track more easily which papers were rejected / accepted / on the watch list. I have added this to our overview spreadsheet:
