Some good news: we have won the AHRC / DFG project ROSALIE that Helena, Lydia and I have submitted.

Bad news: in preparing the research survey I have reordered our activities tab in the RDF spreadsheet and I cannot get it back into the correct order because we have used the formats of the dates inconsistently.

Dear AHRC/DFG Round 7 Applicant,

I am writing to update you about your application to Round 7 of the AHRC/DFG Bilateral programme. Your proposal has been provisionally selected for funding and we would now like to invite you to upload your application to the AHRC funding service, TFS. You will find a much reduced application process given that the main application was already uploaded to the DFG system by your German partner. All that is asked for is the minimum information necessary for AHRC to be able to carry out its duties and to be able to transfer funds to you. You will also be asked to upload a PDF of the application that was submitted to the DFG system.

Please note that AHRC & DFG are currently in the process of gaining official approval for the provisional funding decisions, but that such decisions are not considered final until such approval has been obtained from the respective governance bodies. Official funding decisions will be relayed by AHRC and DFG  later in the Autumn. Until this happens, we ask for and appreciate your discretion in not communicating or publicising this provisional funding decision further than to those people necessary in order to upload the application to TFS.

The link to the TFS application portal is https://funding-service.ukri.org/OPP1106/apply/1134  . We would like to ask that the application be submitted by 03/10/25. Please note that projects must have an official start date of no later than 31/01/26.
