The RDF paper got a bit stuck among many other things. However, I think that this would be a good place for it:

Hi all,
In preparation for our meeting in Nottingham next Tuesday, I have put a bit of work into an outline of a potential collective paper of the RDF group. The paper is on our Team and the direct link is here:
