Would you by any chance be free at 12 on Wednesday? That is our weekly meeting slot anyway and it would probably be easiest to discuss the room allocation with you at that point. This is something we are going to talk to them about this week once we confirm we have space in the rooms we are moving people to. Re configuration of rooms, I am happy to have a chat with you Bernd about the space, I have time today and Wednesday afternoon to chat. Best wishes, Jasmine From: Bernd Stahl (staff) > Sent: 20 June 2025 16:18 To: Jasmine Hickman (staff) > Cc: rdf-internal at lists.nottingham.ac.uk Subject: RE: Office move Hi Jas, A further thought, given that only Helena and Alfie were part of the discussion that we had with Mat and the other members of the RDF may not be aware of this yet. To all: I have asked Mat to find a place for the RDF to co-locate and - somewhat to my surprise - he found a space which will accommodate us. This is the offices C09, C10a and C10b. C10a is the biggest one and the idea is that this is where all research fellows will be located. But, @Jasmine Hickman (staff), I am not sure we had a conversation about where Damian, Alfie, and Helena will go, i.e. who will be in C09 or C10b. I also think that there is someone at present in C10b. Not sure whether they are aware of the moves. Anyway, I thought it might make sense to have a quick conversation about how to allocate space, in order to ensure that those of us who are planning to work from the office regularly have the best spaces available. I am not planning to come in more frequently, so the more private space in C10b might be better for someone else and I could move in with the research fellows in 10a. How do you think we should progress? Kind regards, Bernd From: Jasmine Hickman (staff) > Sent: 20 June 2025 14:24 To: Bernd Stahl (staff) > Subject: Office move Hi Bernd, I hope you are okay.
