[Rdf-internal] change to new email list and website

Hi all,
I hope you all had a good break and are happy to start into 2025. Anecdotally, it seems everyone on this world was ill over Christmas, so now is the time to get healthy and active again...

Anyway, I just had a chat with Hazel about the redesign of our website and transition to the new RDF email list. I plan to send out an email including the link to a survey which I have just prepared here:
