Thanks for this. From this document I can see roughly what you are interested in, but I cannot really see how you would go about answering your research question.
To prepare for an interview, can you please provide a version that gives more detail on the methodology? I would like to understand which data you will collect, how you will collect it, how you will analyse it and how this will help you answer your research question. It would also be good to see something on the risks that you expect to encounter and how you will manage those.

Ok, thanks for the update. The next step would be for you to write a proposal for your research project. If I am to be a supervisor, it would have to align with my research interests. In the last few years, I have been looking at the concept of governance of AI ecosystem, so i would hope to see a proposal that aligns with that. You can find my publications on the topic in google scholar.
The proposal should cover the research question, a justification of why it is a good question and some ideas about methodology, data to be collected, analysis methods etc. once you have such a proposal, we can have an informal chat and then take it from there.

If so, then i am afraid that I have to tell you that I do not have access to PhD funding at the moment and you will need to find different ways of funding the PhD.
