[RADIATE] Stakeholder categories

Dear RADIATE consortium members,
Following a conversation with Nicklas yesterday, I have added a section on stakeholder engagement section to the overall project methodology as section 1.2.1, starting on page 6:

Could you please have a quick look whether this categorisation makes sense from your perspective? Please feel free to edit with tracked changes or add comments.

Once we have closure on the stakeholders we want to engage with we can move on with various activities, including planning for the training in WP4 and the inreach and outreach activities in WP6.
