In order to keep it somewhat manageable, I propose having three tasks in this WP: * T3.1: Use Case Definition and User Requirement Analysis * T3.2: Use Case Validation and Technical Testing * T3.3: Stakeholder Evaluation and Feedback Consolidation I think the structure should be fairly clear. T3.1 is a preparatory task that defines the use cases, T3.2 implements them and T3.3 collects feedback and provides input for the legacy / further development of the tool. This structure will allow us to run as many use cases as we wish, with all of them forming a subtask in 3.2. One consequence of the new WP3 is that the subsequent WPs now need to be renumbered. The former WP3 becomes WP4 etc. I have implemented this structure in the WP overview and the budget structure. I will add it to the tasks and KPIs spreadsheet and will update the proposal. The proposal needs some more fundamental changes, i.e. an additional section in the methodology and a new WP table, all of which I will do. If you have any comments, suggestions, improvements etc., please let me know asap. Same for use cases for which we now have a structural home. Finally, we had a meeting between Charite and AIQURIS today to align the different perspectives on WP2 and I hope that we will have a pretty advanced version of the WP in the tasks spreadsheet before Monday. I have gone through the proposal and tried to ensure consistency across sections and flow of the narrative. We still need to lose a bit of text in section 3 but other than that length is ok. We can welcome the latest and last partner, RAAEY, the Greek Regulatory Authority for Energy, Waste and Water. They will lead use case 4 in collaboration with ATHENA. I hope that we will have text for this by tomorrow afternoon. I would like to close the budget now, so if you have any last minute requests, please let me know tomorrow morning. After our final meeting tomorrow afternoon, I will remove everybody's ability to edit the proposal text. You will still be able to see it and let me know if you need any further changes. But if you would like to edit yourself, please do so before our meeting tomorrow. Looking forward to seeing you tomorrow and getting this over the finish line.
