[RADIATE] project tasks - initial ideas

Dear RADIATE partners,

In preparation for tomorrow's meeting, I would like to invite you to start brainstorming about the content of the tasks. It is probably too early start proper task descriptions, but you may have ideas of discrete activities that should be done in a task. I would like to suggest that you write those down in the "activities outputs" tab of the proposal "partners and budget" spreadsheet:

I have things in mind such as:

  *   Identify 200 stakeholders
  *   Undertake requirements analysis of future tool
  *   Reach out to 20 MEPs who are member of the ITRE committee
  *   Integrate large language model into existing privacy assessment tool

If you are happy to do so, please include the task number and the description of the work you think needs to be done. Feel free to add as many activity descriptions as you think there are likely to be discreet activities in a task.

I hope that this approach will help us define the tasks, align activities, and - at a later stage - also identify possible outputs and legacy activities.
