Dear colleagues



we would be very grateful if you could please circulate the attached Research in Mathematics Education Call for Editors [extended deadline 31 Oct 2026] on behalf of the British Society for Research into Learning Mathematics (BSRLM).



The journal is seeking two new Editors for a four-year term commencing in late 2026 / early 2027, and is also aiming to appoint colleagues with complementary expertise in Mathematics Education research theories and methodologies. We hope that this extension will allow more colleagues to consider the exciting prospect of joining RME’s editorial team!



Interested applicants should submit a one-page application letter and a two page CV to the BSRLM Chair of the Executive Professor Elena Nardi (e.nardi at uea.ac.uk<mailto:e.nardi at uea.ac.uk>) by 31st October 2026.
