A very interesting project exploring the origins and significance of Zero is resulting in scholarly presentations first on the ZerOrigIndia site and then on YouTube. The presentations are only about 15 mins long followed by a small discussion. My own presentation is the second in Session #1 Nought Matters: The History and Philosophy of Zero.
Future participants include George G Joseph, Beatrice Lumpkin and Brian Rotman and a host of other historians of mathematics and other experts

Dear Friends,
As you may be aware the inaugural session of the online event took place as scheduled on October 3rd. Session #1 was held on October 10th. As intimated earlier all sessions are recorded, edited and posted with a few days' delay.
Meanwhile the joint promotional video produced by Dr Robert Lawrence Kuhn in collaboration with the Zero Project has also come online and is posted on our website as well: (www.TheZeroProject.nl<https://eur03.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.thezeroproject.nl%2F&data=04%7C01%7CP.Ernest%40exeter.ac.uk%7Cef8056e9a66540f8c8a908d98e20e345%7C912a5d77fb984eeeaf321334d8f04a53%7C0%7C0%7C637697094170641573%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=bWAwIVTmqtz6RmVw35aNMXSMZYZ%2FR5%2Bqs8sscT3aaMw%3D&reserved=0>). It is the top video on the left (followed by the inaugural event on the right; and Session #1 below, left.
The session videos will be 'rotated' in and out of the website from our You Tube channel as they come online. These can all be permanently viewed on our You Tube channel as well, of course. The You Tube channel-link is also to be found on our website.
We would like to make a special request to share the website via your respective networks to your university colleagues, students and anyone, who may be interested. I
