> Fibonacci Project European Conference "Inquiry Based Science & Mathematics Education: Bridging the gap between education research and practice" 26 - 27th April 2012 at University of Leicester
>
> This conference will explore strategies for improving inquiry-based science and mathematics through research and evaluation of innovative practice. Sessions will present the innovative work being undertaken through the Fibonacci Project in 25 organisations in over 20 European countries as well as presentations on other projects focused on research and/or developing high quality inquiry-based practice. It is the only research conference for the Fibonacci Project and so gives the University of Leicester a lot of status.
>
> We hope that individuals or groups will make presentations about research they have carried out related to Inquiry Based Mathematics and Science Education, or innovations in in-service or classroom practice they have trailed. Work can be presented as oral presentations of 1 hour or 30 minutes, or as posters.
>
> The call for papers with details of the conference can be found at http://fibonacci.uni-bayreuth.de/leicester/
> Submissions should be made by 31st October 2011 please.
