Hi Paul,

RF have recently published our

Fundamental Constructs in Mathematics Education

which it would be useful to draw upon in commentary around your 
reprinted chapters, perhaps.

There is also the Maths Edn: exploring the culture of learning book 
we did recently.

This in addition of course to the ones in your own series.

You might consider part at least of the chapter 9 of the noticing 
book, about the integral way in which diffwerent ways of researching 
coemerge with kinds of questions which can be asked etc etc.
