I hope you all had a wonderful holiday and a chance to rest.
Below are the details for our SAB meeting day arrangements:

Accommodation
I’ve booked rooms at Hyatt Regency Manchester for everyone who completed the MS forms. The booking confirmation has been forwarded to you.
Please note that the bookings are room-only, as including breakfast through our booking platform was significantly more expensive.

Breakfast Arrangements

  *   Tuesday 21st, breakfast will be at Kro Bar<https://www.google.com/maps/place/Kro+Bar/data=!4m2!3m1!1s0x0:0x45526f52e1cae42c?sa=X&ved=1t:2428&ictx=111>,  located at 325 Oxford Rd, Manchester M13 9PG. It’s a 10-minute walk from the hotel and conveniently on the way to the Micheal Smith building.
  *   Wednesday 22nd, breakfast will be at the hotel. I’m working on a prepayment through a PO. If that is unsuccessful, I’ll make the payment at the hotel reception on Tuesday for all people staying at the hotel that night.

Parking
For those staying overnights and requiring parking, please use the Booth Street West (Car Park D) with 965 spaces:
Car Park D: Booth Street West Car Park, M15 6AR (Access via Higher Cambridge Street), and costs £16.50 per day
Opening hours: 06:00-23:45 Monday to Friday / 06:00-22:45 - Saturday and Sunday
Public parking tariffs (payable by cash, debit or credit card).
Blue Badge Holders can park free of charge. In order to access the disabled bays, please take a ticket on arrival and visit the Attendants lodge with your Blue Badge in order for the ticket to be validated, or use the intercom (where you may need to give details of your Blue Badge).
