[Glycoweb-partners] Welcome to Irep

[Yuan Liu]

Dear GlycoWeb team,
Just to introduce you our new University of Liverpool PDRA, Irep Uras, if you haven't met her in our last All Team meeting.

Dr Irep Uras has joined the team as a postdoctoral research associate in Professor Claire Eyers' group at the University of Liverpool. She is working on the proteomics element of the GlycoWeb project, contributing to the "Discovery" and "Challenging the System" objectives. She completed her PhD at Acibadem University, supported by an international scholarship at Sheffield Hallam University. Her doctoral research focused on neurodegenerative disorders, using MALDI and DESI mass spectrometry imaging and primary cell culture analyses to investigate proteomic alterations in Alzheimer's disease.
