[Astro] [CAPT] capt-gpu2 offline

Hi all,

The NGN upgrade in Physics has generally gone well, but capt-gpu2 is 
failing to connect to the network and is therefore unavailable at the 
moment.  I have requested a change that should fix this, and will email 
again when I have further news.
