[Astro] [CAPT] PC in CAPT A113 - now on Windows 11

Hi all,

I have replaced the PC in the seminar room A113 with a newer one, and 
installed Windows 11.  All seems OK, but if you have an important 
presentation to give, it would be worth checking beforehand that things 
are working as expected.  Please let me know of any issues.
