Access to Myprint, BPM and Authentication timeouts - Investigating

Incident start: 04/11/2025 01:32PM GMT

DTS are currently investigating as a priority, an incident impacting the 
BPM platform, the MyPrint service and the delays while attempting to 
authenticate to other University systems.
