[Astro] [CAPT] Captain downtime/reboot - proposed date Tue 28/1/25

Hi all,

Captain needs to be rebooted soon (in the next two weeks) to install a 
kernel security update.  I propose to do this a week from tomorrow (ie 
on Tuesday 28 Jan, between 8am and 9.30am).

If this is going to cause problems for you, please let me know ASAP so I 
can reschedule if needed.  I'll send a reminder nearer the time.
