Hi everyone,
Seconding this, I strongly recommend all of the PhD students to consider applying for an ESO studentship. It really is an excellent opportunity to gain some practical and independent research experience, and especially at ESO Chile, a great chance to learn a considerable amount about observing. I’m also happy to chat about the studentships (and life in Chile) if anyone is interested.
Cheers,
Callum

Hi all,
Following Alfonso’s email. I would like to mention that I am an alumnus of the ESO studentship program. If anyone is interested, I am happy to chat about it and answer questions.
I think this is a great opportunity!
Best,
Tutku
