[Astro] [CAPT] Disk usage on odhar

Hi all (apologies for the spam if you don't use odhar),

The /home volume on odhar has run out of space.  This is only 32TB, 
shared among everyone.  If you're currently using more than 2TB, I've 
emailed you separately asking you to move non-essential files.

There is another, much bigger, area on odhar under /data (ie 
/data/username) - please use this if you have a large dataset or if 
/home is short of space.
