[Astro] [CAPT] desk shuffle

All,
Apart from one final desk going into A103 the desk shuffle is now complete. The School assures me the tables will be upgraded to actual desks 'at some point'. I've posted a room map on the noticeboard opposite reception. New students will get told to pick an available desk within the office they are assigned to.

If anyone would like to move desks / offices, please do so today or tomorrow and if you move office, let me know so that I can update the room allocation.

Could everyone also please finish a final tidy up. Unused furniture should go to the greenhouse. Junk should go to the greenhouse. Unoccupied desks should be cleared so that they are obviously vacant when the new people arrive.

Given the number of people arriving, could everyone please make an effort to be around for the next couple of weeks so that everyone feels welcome (and so that you can point out which desks are empty and yours doesn't get grabbed).
