[Astro] [CAPT] People influx

All,
As many of you know we have had a very successful year recruiting new members of the group and so we are about to have a very large influx (15) of new PhD students, postdocs and staff arriving over the next few weeks. Please expect to see lots of new faces around the building. Fitting all these new arrivals into offices will require some addition and relocation of desks. Apologies in advance for the unavoidable disruption.

In advance of this influx could everyone please remove any unused / broken / empty items and furniture from the shared office spaces.  This includes anything to which you might say 'I don't know, it was here when I arrived'. Such items should be placed (neatly) in the Greenhouse from where they will be removed. Please complete this activity this week.
