[Astro] [CAPT] Working in CAPT outside normal working hours

Dear all,

Since we have many new arrivals (welcome!), it is probably useful to remind all of you that the School of Physics and Astronomy normal working hours are Monday to Friday between 8:00 and 19:00.  If you need to work outside these hours  you need to:


1)     Discuss it with your supervisor (students) / line manager (postdocs) and get permission from them.

2)     Get an alarm code (your supervisor/line manager should know it; if not please ask me) and make sure you know how to set/unset the alarm.

3)     Make sure you sign in and out in the book at the entrance.

Moreover, if you need to work in the building


a)      Earlier than 6:00 or later than 19:00 Monday to Friday

or

b)     Weekends at any time

you need to contact  Nick Botterill and Peter Milligan and ask for advice/permission.

Please note that these rules are for your own safety.
