[Astro] [CAPT] CAPT (Cripps North) heating

Dear all,

I've just been made aware of a leak in either the flow or return pipe from the boiler in Cripps South that provides heat to CAPT; Palms Facilities are on site as we speak and may be attending to this today, so my advance apologies if you lose central heating.

If/when I hear more, I will of course let you know.
