[Astro] [CAPT] CAPT roof/scaffold news

Dear all,

After much delay/chasing, I finally have some good news to share on the CAPT roof situation!

An order has been placed by Estates for the entire roof to be re-covered, and the pyramidal skylight to be re-sealed; we are waiting for a timeline from the contractor but I will of course share any news when it comes to me.  This is a really positive step for the building, and further demonstration of Estates’ commitment to rectifying the maintenance backlog wherever possible.

I fully appreciate how long this situation has gone on for, hopefully things will progress soon.
