It's time to break up with your Odoo partner

[Somroo Hassaan]

If getting help with Odoo feels harder than the problem itself, maybe it’s time for something better.

Hi there,
When was the last time something went wrong in Odoo *and left you frustrated?

Most Odoo teams we talk to have the same pattern: something breaks, they Google, email their partner, wait, then try a fix themselves, and it breaks some more. A 20-minute issue becomes an afternoon headache.
We run support differently: triage in under 30 minutes [2] , small issues handled in the first pass (including guided help from Ask Dale), anything blocking the business escalated as P1* without you chasing anyone. That’s what a real partnership [3] should look like.
Book a 25-minute call [4] to get better Odoo support. Best, Somroo Hassan, Silverdale Technology *Contact: +1 800-707-9117 ext. 7099
