Why More Customers Are Requiring EDI*

Hi there,
Many businesses don't start looking for EDI because they're trying to modernize their operations.
They start looking because one of their biggest customers asks a simple question:
"Do you support EDI?" [2] *
For manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers, that question has become increasingly common. Large retailers and trading partners expect orders, invoices, acknowledgements, and shipping notices to be exchanged electronically instead of through emails, spreadsheets, or customer portals.*
The reason is simple. Manual communication doesn't scale.
If a retailer works with hundreds or even thousands of suppliers, processing documents manually isn't practical. Standardizing how information moves between businesses reduces errors, speeds up order processing, and gives both companies better visibility into what's happening.
That's why  EDI* has become a requirement for many trading partners rather than a nice-to-have feature.
The good news is that our EDI doesn't require you to replace your ERP or even have one*. It simply fulfills your requirements by communicating directly with your customers' and suppliers' systems, removing any manual work along the way.
If one of your customers or partners has recently asked about EDI or you think they might in the future, we'd be happy to answer your questions and explain what getting started actually looks like.*
