Hi there,
Last week, I conducted a survey on the biggest pain points and blockers companies face when using Odoo for their business.
Here is a list of the biggest pain points reported by people trying to run their operations [2] with Odoo:

Odoo asks you to add a custom rule every time you search quotes or orders using an invoice number.

It doesn't let you automatically charge a required fee when a customer confirms an order by paying with a credit card through Stripe.

Odoo requires you to pay for additional users for the entire billing period but doesn't give you credit back when you reduce the number of users.

Forced upgrades, especially when customizations have been made for small business functions.

Finding the right partner. We noted that many partners are trying to make a quick buck and exploit the Odoo ecosystem.

Odoo licensing costs.
