Your overnight stay is at Oakley Court, a glorious Victorian mansion
house set in 35 acres of English countryside on the banks of the River
Thames between Windsor and Bray.
Described as offering the warmth of a family home with historic gothic
roots it is the perfect base for your visit to Windsor.
The Oakley Court Hotel is upriver from the racecourse, you will board
your launch at the hotel to take you to the races and return at the
end of the evening.
The trip is lovely, as you leave Oakley Court and pass Windsor Marina,
Dorney Lake, to go through Boveney Lock. Our host on each launch will
ensure you are topped up with Champagne for the journey. Once we get
to the racecourse it is only a short walk to your hospitality suite

At the Racecourse you will enjoy full hospitality in the private suite
overlooking the course. Set right on the bend of this prestigious
racecourse, these suites offer spectacular views not only over the
track, but over the stunning 165 acres of the venue. This is where
here we will serve drinks on arrival and the three-course buffet menu
throughout the evening.
Simon Double – Horseracing Manager will be your host. With a wealth
of experience in the racing industry, having managed successful racing
syndicates at the highest level for 25 years, Simon will be on hand
all evening to run you through the form on the racecard. He will also
be running a ‘fun’ tipster competition for just a £5 stake.
The Tote is just down the hall and you can take a short walk down to
the Parade Ring to see the runners and riders. With seven races on the
cards there will be plenty of opportunity to back a winner or two.
