A culinary immersive three-day, two-night adventure in Padstow
Wednesday 24th to Friday 26th April 2024

Upon your arrival in Padstow, you'll have the afternoon to immerse
yourself in the charm of the area. Later, as a group, we'll convene
for an exclusive tasting menu experience, artfully paired with select
wines chosen by the head sommelier. Adding to the evening's
entertainment, Jack Stein, the talented son of Rick Stein and the
Executive Chef at the renowned seafood restaurant, will be joining us
for this exceptional dinner.

On our second day, we'll divide the group into two, with one half
embarking on a culinary adventure at the cookery school in the
morning, while the other indulges in a gin-making class. In the
afternoon, we'll switch roles.
At the cookery school, you'll don your aprons for an immersive seafood
masterclass led by the accomplished Executive Chef, Jack Stein.

Cornish cuisine and libations will find its luxurious base at St.
Edmund's House, The Seafood Restaurant, St. Petroc's Bistro, and
Prospect House - all boutique bed and breakfast properties curated by
