This is a unique chance to experience a 'showround' of Hampton Court
Palace on a day when it is not open to the public. Followed by three
course dinner

Hampton Court is a Grade I listed Royal Palace. The building of the
palace began in 1514 for Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, the chief minister of
Henry VIII. In 1529, as Wolsey fell from favour, the cardinal gave the
Palace to the King. Hampton Court went on to become one of Henry's
most favoured residences.
These days the palace is in the possession of King Charles II and the
Crown. This is the story of two palaces surrounded by some of the
world's greatest gardens; a Tudor palace magnificently developed by
Henry VIII, alongside a baroque palace designed and built by Sir
Christopher Wren.

Mitre Hotel. This refined, relaxed boutique hotel is set on the banks
of the River Thames next to Hampton Court Palace.
On arrival you will enjoy Champagne and Canapés in the Boathouse
which is exclusively ours for the evening, before sitting down to
dinner with accompanying wines
