Home to the famous Noilly Prat vermouth, Marseillan also offers
fabulous local wines and delicious fish and seafood from the nearby
Thau lagoon.
The old village centre is lovely to stroll around, while the scenic
17th century harbour is a great place for watching the world go by
from a sun-drenched Brasserie terrace.

Millenniums have shaped this landscape, between vineyards and lagoon,
and centuries have given this family home its protective harmony. It
has taken the Tarbouriech family many years to turn this mansion, the
Domaine Tarbouriech Hötel Spa Restaurant, into a holiday destination
of choice.
Located between Montpellier and Béziers, on the banks of the étang
de Thau opposite Sète, this former 18th-century Folie and its wine
storehouse house fifteen rooms and suites, a luxuriant garden, a
25-metre swimming pool, two restaurants and a biodynamic vegetable
garden. An intimate setting where you can let go.

After your arrival at the hotel, you will have time to relax and enjoy
the hotel's facilities. For dinner, you will sample the Domaine's
finest cuisine in the restaurant. Savour a delicious breakfast in the
Domaine's private garden before a bucolic bike ride to an oyster
farmhouse. Sit by the water's edge and tuck into your lunch surrounded
by lovely views. After lunch, you will travel to Maison Noilly Prat
for a tour of their famous vermouth distillery before taking part in a
cocktail workshop. You will also have a city tour of Sète before
sitting down for dinner at a Michelin Starred Restaurant. After
breakfast the next day, your final activity will be a boat trip and
lunch on the sandbanks of the Thau Lagoon.
