There's a simpler way ;-)

Via the management page and the Users tab! (Which BTW is
improved in 3.x)
You could potentially copy and paste that list into a
spreadsheet and then
do some joining to generate an email list if you have a standard
format or
if your email will recognise the list of names. We don't store
email
addresses unless you are using the built-in database
authentication method
and I suspect not.

Also if you're on 2.1 no need for v3.0 just go straight for 3.1!
I had to do some jiggery pokery to do this wen we needed that
info for the
same reason:

I used WinSCP to get into USER-FILES
Copied the folder names into spreadsheet Split out the user
names from the
folder names Grouped by projects as I only wanted to mail users
with recent
activity or more than a given number of projects Then processed
the user
names into email addresses

Bit of a faff, but it worked!
Hi

How can we get a list of users of our install of XOT? We are
(finally!)
about to upgrade to version 3 and would like to inform users
that the system
will be down for a while. Is there a way to see who uses it?

Thanks
