Yes, LO's made in XoT 2.x are 1 on 1 compatible with LO's in XoT 3.0
You just need to export the LO's as zip and import the zips in XoT
3.0

I have used this on a new server. The old server had XoT 2.0
installed. The new server has XoT 3.0 installed.

However, I have not tested an udate from XoT 2.x to XoT 3.0 on the
same server. Maybe Tom can respond on that?
