and the second generates the same error page as previously
reported. I guess I am looking for the Xerte online installer
page as per the instructions and this does not seem to be
happening. <br>

I think I'm all good with the relevant permissions but
happy to be shown otherwise. According to Xampp control
Apache is all set and ready. I'm getting the error
message that the host website is not working it seems as
per below:<br>

relevant software etc to my laptop and following
your website instructions. Just when I thought I
was nearly there it seems the setup page <a
