I had a look at the code, to see how the process works:<br>

What I forgot in the previous answer, is that you need to put some
information in the modules/xerte/templates folder as well. <br>
- It needs the folder structure (media for Xerte Templates)<br>
- It need the data.xml for Xerte template, containing the 'empty' LO<br>
- it needs an info file describing what kind of tempate this is.<br>
<br>
It's the info files that gets scanned when pressing the 'Refresh'
button.<br>

So indeed, you need to upload the structure (not the zip) to
the correct location (i.e. next to Nottingham in the
