read your description as though perhaps you had already
customised auth_config.php to set moodle authentication
rather than the default guest authentication. If you haven't
done that then Moodle isn't the cause of your problem unless
it's permissions on the xerte folder inside the moodle
folder. How did you put the xerte folder in place? Are all
the files and subdirectories it contains in place? e.g. do
they match what you see locally if you extract the xerte
zip?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

complete the setup with guest authorisation first before
switching to Moodle authorisation. Otherwise there's no
