It's not in the project, it's part of the server installation of
php. On linux that file is typically found in /etc/php/apache2<br>
<br>
If your site is hosted with a provider, ask the provider if and how
you can change php parameters.<br>

in phpinfo.php – it’s basically empty, but in
config_setup.php there is reference to file size in an ‘ini’
