NOTE: only users that have once logged in successfully (and thus have a workspace created for them) will be selectable for sharing, so NOT all LDAP users.<br>

I have a similar issue…xerte has recently been installed for by our central IT services and though it is apparently synced with LDAP (and everyone can log in), shared settings doesn’t work – I’ve just checked and there is nothing displayed for me under “Logged in as…”. Something to do with LDAP setting?<br>

You have to use their real names, not their login names.<br>
<br>
The name known to xerte can be viewed by the user it self in the lower right box of the workspace ('Logged in as ....)<br>
or in the user tab of the management page.<br>

We have the Xerte Online Toolkits 2.0 install and are having difficulty when trying to share toolkits with existing local Xerte users.<br>

When I go to Properties > Shared Settings and try to share a learning object with a couple of colleagues I get the message 'No one found with those details'. These are individuals who have recently logged into Xerte. They get the same message when they try to share a learning object with me.<br>

Note that this only happens with certain individuals - I can find names of other colleagues (who have used Xerte less recently) on the system.<br>
<br>
Any ideas?<br>
