have a similar issue…xerte has recently been installed for
by our central IT services and though it is apparently
synced with LDAP (and everyone can log in), shared settings
doesn’t work – I’ve just checked and there is nothing
displayed for me under “Logged in as…”. Something to do with
LDAP setting?<o:p></o:p></span></p>

use their real names, not their login names.<br>

The name known to xerte can be viewed by the user it self in
the lower right box of the workspace ('Logged in as ....)<br>
