I tested the latest Xerte 2.18 from the Nottingham Xerte website and
installed it on a 64 bit Dutch Windows 7 PC.<br>
<br>
The languages folder is copied when packaging/publishing the
learning object.<br>
I tried:<br>
<br>
1. Publish from the wizard (in a template (.rlt) project)<br>
Package from the wizard<br>
Publish from the Xerte editor<br>
<br>
All methods that I tried correctly created a languages folder for
me.<br>
<br>
Can you specify how you try to publish your Learning object?<br>
<br>
Can you try to install xerte as an administrator, i.e. right-click
the setup and choose 'Run as administrator'?<br>
<br>
I suspect that some of the files of the languages folder actually
ended up in the windows 7 Virtual Files store in stead of in the
Program Files folder.<br>

seems that Xerte during creating empty project didn't copy
all needed files</span><o:p></o:p></p>

correct final version. I also discovered the problem with
our characters in</span><o:p></o:p></p>

level module page. They caused xml error at loading SCORM
in Moodle.</span><o:p></o:p></p>

I see, that you managed to create a test for all 3 kinds of
projects. I found the bug, and make sure it gets fixed

In the meantime, you can check for yourself:<br>

In the resulting folders there is a folder called languages,
however, it doesn't contain the correct files.<br>
<br>
1. Can yopu please check whether the languages folder of
your xerte insallation (c:\Program Files\xerte\languages or
c:\Program Files (x86)\xerte\languages) conatins more than 1
file. If so, copy those to the languages folder of your
learning object, and let me know if they now work correctly.<br>

2. If the files are not there, let me know as well.<br>
<br>
This will help me greatly in fixing this issue a.s.a.p. <br>

tried to run it. Module starts and stands with
a screen that says: "xml Loading." <o:p></o:p></p>

did I do wrong? The same situation is when I
