So, set the password using UPDATE user SET Password=PASSWORD('<span style="font-style:italic;">new_password</span>') where USER='<span style="font-style:italic;">myuser </span>'@'localhost';

Also make sure that the unzipped folder is accessible by the apache
webserver (either change the owner to the useraccount that apache
uses, typically wwwrun, or set the permission on a+r)<br>
