</o:shapelayout></xml><![endif]--></head><body lang=EN-AU link=blue vlink=purple><div class=WordSection1><p class=MsoNormal>Hi,<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I have an english Xerte 2 file that I am attempting to translate into Chinese.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>All of the text is contained within an XML file that includes HTML tags.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>I have attempted to embed multiple Chinese fonts (Simsun, Arial Uni, HanDing) but have been unable to get the text to display while embedFonts is set to 1. If I set it to 0 then I am able to view the Chinese characters but it breaks a lot of the fades and looks messier.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>The file looks fine in English so I believe I am embedding the fonts and setting up the XML correctly.<o:p></o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal><o:p> </o:p></p><p class=MsoNormal>Any help you could give me with Xerte or XML settings would be greatly appreciated.
