Would this be possible<br>
<ol>
<li>Create simple HTML page with Embedded code > Stream.html<br>
</li>
<li>New Window page</li>
<li>Upload Stream.html to Media folder</li>
<li>New property > local URL > Link to local page
Stream.html by FileLocation + 'media/Stream.html' etc which
resolves to a proper web address</li>
<li>image clicked loads new window which then activates the
embedded stream code. <br>
</li>
</ol>
I don't know if this is easily achievable or even desirable to
access local files from browser (could not figure out the local
reference in XOT in New window > url ) but in principle seems no
different to accessing other uploaded media files except it is
displaying a HTMl file in a new HTML window. <br>

Similar to my question re using "new window page" for
streaming/embedding from <a moz-do-not-send="true"
