<div>one of the design principles with interactions has been to make sure the user can reflect on the interaction when the feedback is shown. That's an important learning process. So I always make sure the user can see their choices, and read the feedack at
the same time.</div>

<div><font face="tahoma" size="2">Something has to give if the feedback needs more space than is available. There might be a way to show feedback for each item - that would keep it smaller: "no, this album belongs to the rock album category. It was recorded
by the Rolling stones and is considered one of the finest rock'n'roll albums ever made". That's good feedback because it tells the user why they are right, or wrong, and sometimes users are right for the wrong reasons, so they need telling why an item is right
- it may not be as they thought.</font></div>

<div>I seem to remember having a discussion on this list with Julian about the display of pop up or alert messages (The kind of thing you can do in java script were you get a box with a message in it and an OK button) and If I recall correctly there was no
support for them in Xerte.<br>
