By default, in the old editor, the scorm 2004 packages caused most
SCORM 2004 players to display the flow structure, and to require the
learner to choose the (one) learning object before Xerte would be
started.

I added some extra (optional) parameters to the Interface icon, to
influence the sequence of flow and the menu choice of a Scorm2004
pacakage.
<br>
The default values are such, that it resembles SCORM 1.2, i.e. the
piece is started automatically and the menu (on the left of the scorm
player) is disabled.
<br>
<br>
These parameters are only used when packaging for SCORM 2004, and set
some extra items in the manifest.
<br>
<br>
Also, the name attribute of the IFC is placed in the <title>
section of the scorm2004RLO.htm.
