<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-size:10.0pt;font-family:"Arial","sans-serif"">We use Smartboards to record application screen captures with narration at the same time. These are .wmv files and then we have to convert those through CuCusoft software to
 a flv format. When I add a media/video page in my learning object it either takes over the screen and gets in the way of navigation, or adding the default video size window completely distorts it? I have tried various resolutions of the same video and changed
 the video size in various increments on the media/video page but to no avail. <o:p>
